I am passionate about helping people make the most of their lives. I can help you find effective ways to move forward and live the life you desire. I work in a client centred way and have areas of expertise which are childhood abuse, grief and bereavement therapy, teenage anxiety and experience of prison, be that of the prisoner or those affected by someones imprisonment

I am in a position to be very flexible in my time and am therefore happy to work on evenings and weekends.

What is an End of Life Doula?

An End of Life Doula will support an individual and their loved ones practically, emotionally and spiritually especially when life is known to be limited. Many now would like to die at home and find this help invaluable. As a skilled and informed companion I can help you gain more autonomy over your time. You may want a clear say over your last days; who is with you, comforts around you. I can help someone leave meaningful legacies, organise vigils and provide continuity of care for your loved ones; helping with arrangements, be an emotional support and general help with their immediate loss.
